Karel Funk is known for his poetic but understandable language. He often draws on Christian mysticism, anthroposophy and Eastern philosophies, which he combines into a holistic view suitable for the modern European reader. In the text, he gives a deeper, spiritual and psychological view of meditation. In it, the author presents meditation not only as a technical exercise for stress relief, but as a path to self-knowledge and harmonization of the inner world.
