Full-color photographic publication, the aim of which is to present the issue of foal breeding. In the first part, the author of the text of this book, Mr. Stanislav Hošák, devotes himself to a free narrative about foals from birth through weaning to rearing. It mentions what the birth of the foal meant and means to the breeder. It touches on the life manifestations of foals, their behavior, basic senses and instincts. In the second part, the texts are focused on the issues of breeding and rearing one's own foal, the view of the foal and the requirements for choosing a foal. The following two parts deal with the conditions of housing, feeding, nursing and care of the foal in general. The entire book is accompanied by pictures of horse photographer Dalibor Gregor from Opava.
